This is finished, though it may not feel finished. I've decided I'm going to make is a "Lady or the Tiger" type of ending. You decide what happens in your own mind. If you want to share what you think, please do so. I see too many things happening, from a love story to two bodies washed away by the waves.

The named places exist. I don't know of anywhere along the NJ coast, though, that would have an appartment building and then nothing for 6 miles on either side.
